My thoughts on this:

I think it's because teens get the focus on them more than the older actors/singers, etc. do these days, even the teens without talent get all the glory. I have seen this happen alot on Soap Operas, they bring alot of teens, and the focus shifts to them, despite being talented or not.

Plus the fact that networks covet the 18-49 demographic, heck they love to draw in teen viewers, cause they spend money, older viewers tend to be a bit more frugal. :)

Yeah. Dumb & Dumber is tied with Back To The Future 2 as my favorite movie ever.

The 2nd one is really funny too. The Guy that played Lloyd had an uncanny resemblance to Jim Carrey. He could do the mannerisms PERFECTLY.
