hello everyone.
with recent Passing of great Actress.Isable Sanford.i think its great tv Land.is showing a Jeffersons Marathon tomorrow Night at 8:00pm. 6 episodes straight along with dedications.throught out the night.but Nick at Nite is showing their cold hearted as usual.with not 1 Mention of Isable Sanford passing.not to mention they are not showing a Marathon.and this is sad really sad. After all Isable Louise Jefferson.was a comedy legond.and was n jeffersons for 11 years straight.and Nick at Nite.is not showing 1 once of respect for the Late Actress, that is just plain sad.

She was great.
Now she's in her dee-luxe apartment in the sky.

Just goes to show you how rude Nick at Nite can be. I thinkl we should all right to them and tell them how we feel, hopefully they get the message.

Apparently there is no honor for the dead at Nick at night. They will still pull in the money from the long ended shows and the hard work of the deceased. What a shame.

It's not that often when Nick@Nite AND TV Land do a tribute for one star. I can only think of two times they have done a tribute on both channels. For Carroll O'Connor and John Ritter. TV Land and Nick@Nite are related, so unless they were a big classic TV star and a legend (or if the show airs on Nick@Nite), only TV Land will do a tribute. I think that makes sense.

they aren't honoring her enough. the marathon should be longer she was a pioneer of television.

I agree it should be longer, but TV Land doesn't have the rights to the Jeffersons. They bought six episodes just for the marathon, which I'm sure cost a lot. They will re-air the six episodes, too -- from 12am-3am tonight. Tony Randall's Odd Couple marathon was only four episodes I believe.

They shouldn't have lost the rights to it in the first place. They should drop all of the westerns and the stupid Waltons and keep more sitcoms on. Anyway, we all know that Cosby-at-Night cares about only one thing and that is raking in the dough. Personally, if the people who make the dvd's would just get off thier lazy rear end and start releasing more seasons of The Jeffersons, I couldn't care if TVLand or C@N ever shows it again. Once you see your favorite shows on dvd, you will never go back to chopped up 21 minute episodes. Trust me.

I AGREE ALL THE WAY. THEY NEED TO GAIN RIGHTS TO THE SHOW AGAIN AND RELEASE THE REST OF THE SEASONS ON DVD.

I am thinking that what's behind all of this is the release of the Jeffersons on DVD. Certainly whoever is raking in the cash from the DVDs does not want you to be able to watch it on TV for free until they have gotten all they can out of it. Its possible Nick at Nite/TV land didnt have much say in this matter.

I think this is the time to start lobbying TVLAND to get this show back on.

i remember when tv land aired the jeffersons in 2002, they never showed eps from 1975-77, only 1979 and after.

I agree those westerns are boring or should be shown only on the weekends. Who wants to watch the Waltons anyway? I think Bonaza on twice is a big mistake. Tbs used to show Amen. Tbs really needs to take off saved by the bell now that all the seasons are out on dvd or at least I think they are. I love mama's family but they have shown that for a long long time.
I wish the Jeffersons would come back to nick at nite or if tbs or another channel would show it. It would take forever for all the seasons of the Jeffersons to be released on dvd. If anyone has most of the epsiodes taped from nick at nite I can put it on dvd.
