Finale Question

I have vague memories of the series finale, so I was wondering if someone else may remember better (or better yet, have it on tape). I remember in the finale, Angela leaves where she and Tony was at and comes back home, and Tony comes back too at the end, in a scene that mimics their first meeting. My question is, how soon after Angela leaving does Tony come? Right after? The next day? A few days? A few weeks?
