Possible spinoffs

Do you think the Steve Harvey show should have had a spinoff? If so what character(s) should have had a spinoff series?

I think the most obvious choice is Cedric. The show was called the Steve Harvey show, but really should have been called the Steve and Cedric show.

Anyway, when the series ended, why not spinoff Cedric and Lovita, and see what happens when they try to raise their child. Move the characters to Atlanta, with a bunch of crazy characters that are either relatives or old friends of Cedric.

What do you think of this idea? And do you have any other spinoff ideas?

This could have been a viable idea especially if the new characters are very crass or just plain weird. Then Cedric would be the conservative one. Cedric would probably want to play several other characters. The only problem is that Lovita is too shallow to be a lead female character in a sitcom. Whatever female supporting players they cast would overpower her.

If Cedric did a sitcom as the Cedric character it would have to be that Lovita left him for some reason.
