MAY 2, 1970

"Hitting The High Seas", Episode No. 44 of The Monkees (first aired on NBC Nov. 27, 1967), was repeated @ noon EDT on CBS, with a new song added: "Oh My My," written by Jeff Barry and Andy Kim.

Trivia Footnote: The Monkees' 9th and final album, Changes (#COS-119), was released around this time.

MAY 5, 1973

"Monkees Marooned", Episode No. 40 of The Monkees (from Oct. 30, 1967, NBC) was repated @ 1:30 p.m. EDT on ABC.

MAY 6, 1968

"The Card-Carrying Red Shoes", Episode No. 41 of The Monkees (from Nov. 6, 1967) was repated @ 7:30 p.m. EDT on NBC. The sponsor of the week was Kellogg’s™.

Interesting Note: this rebroadcast came exactly half a year after its firstrun airing!

MAY 6, 1972

"Hillbilly Honeymoon" (a.k.a. "Double Barrell Shotgun Wedding"), Episode No. 39 of The Monkees (from Oct. 23, 1967, NBC) was repated @ noon EDT on CBS.

MAY 8, 1967

“The Royal Flush”, Episode No. 1 of The Monkees (prod. #4701, from Sept. 12, 1966), was repeated @ 7:30 p.m. EDT on NBC, with new songs added: “You Told Me” and ”The Girl I Knew Somewhere,” both written by Michael Nesmith and produced by Douglas Farthing Hatlelid. Kellogg’s™ sponsored.
