We know that Denise dropped out and went back to the Cosby Show, so I won't include her, but which characters who weren't there at the end did you miss?
I actually didn't miss any of the ones who were gone for good. In the end there were 10 regulars listed in the opening: Whitley, Dwayne, Ron, Kim, Freddie, Mr Gaines, Col Taylor, Lena, Gina and Charmaine. Plus you had recurring players like Spencer, Shaza, Velma Gaines, Dean Davenport and Dorian and Terrell. It is interesting that the actors who played Dorian and Terrell seem to be in more episodes than some of the regulars. They definitely appear more than Col Taylor who is in about only 11 episodes. I actually missed him. I guess with Jaleesa and Terrence gone they couldn't find ways to keep him in the thick of things. What ever happened to Terrence anyway? Dorian and Terrell made up for his absence.
In all the Debbie Allen years there are episodes in which some of the official regulars are absent. In fact, I dare say that there are very few episodes in years 2-6 that actually feature all the official players, yet there is so much going on in any given episode that I don't really miss them when they're not there. It was like that for me in general as the show progressed and wound down. What do you guys think?
