Number one single...

I just found out that Kimberly Locke has the number one single in the country. When did this happen? How did I not know about this? I knew she was gonna perform on Idol Wed night and knew she had a CD coming out but had no idea how well she was doing already. Has anyone heard the single?!?! How is it?

I heard she has the #1 single.. wait.. does that mean Clay didnt have it?!!?! Now thats an outrage! I demand a recount! :p '8th World Wonder' is ok.. I like her song 'Without You' better. Given I only heard the Clay version at his concert, but its a good song. And Solitaire is better than K.Lo's IMO.

K-Lo is the first Idol contestant to have a number one single with a non-idol song. Miss Independent, Sorry 2004, and Invisible weren't number ones. However, Clay's The Way is expected to get number one next week.
