What do you think of the WB's treatment of "the Steve Harvey show" during its run?

I really didn't like their treatment of the show that much. Every season, the show changed timeslots. They should have keeped it on sunday nights. ABC did the same thing with "Me and the Boys" and killed that show. It seemed the WB was trying to do that. But some how it lasted six seasons.

Also, they turned one of their crappy shows "Nick Freno: License Teacher" into a "Steve Harvey show" clone. I remember that show added a female principal and turned the school into a high school. Where have we seen that?

Despite the timeslot changes, at least they gave them notice, when they canceled the show and gave them time to have a series finale.

You said it yourself, it lasted 6 seasons. It's in syndication, Nick Freno isn't. I would think WB wouldn't have kept it on that long if their treatment of it was so bad. In my opinion, it lasted longer than it should have, it wasn't that great a show.

I sort of agree with you, I think the show was great the first 3 seasons, then it tailed off a lot.

I just hate it when networks move shows around from different nights.
