"Roxie" spinoff

I recently read that Kate and Allie had a spinoff called "Roxie", but it only lasted for about 2 episodes or so.

Has anybody out there seen this show? If so, could you tell me about it? Was it really so bad that it should have been pulled that fast?

Yeah it lasted the first two weeks of April in 1987. Roxie was the program director for a struggling UHF TV station in New York City who was married to a schoolteacher.

Gee I never knew this show had a spin off...that's cool to know!

I do remember the ep they must have based it off of though. Totally about these other characters. K & A were barely in it, and Sam Freed played some other character...
