Just in case you were curious, a portion of that sex scene between Tony and Dr. Melfi was really Lorraine Bracco. She was topless. The other part of it was a body double. My friend who works on the show as a stand in told me. :)

Lorraine is a very good looking woman. She was a knockout in Goodfellas and still looks great for a woman in her mid-50s. She has that full figure that works for her. Incredible eyes too.

WOW I missed that episode you mean to tell me Tony actually had sex with his cold fish therapist Dr.Melfi. Was it real or just a fantasy dream and which season and episode was it in

it was just fantasy. It was this season, I think the second episode.

It seems to me that "Dr. Melfi" gained some weight between the end of the fourth season and the beginning of the fifth season. Is that correct????? Not that it matters, because she is a beautiful woman no matter what but I was just curious. Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me.
