Does anyone know if there was an episode where Buck was played by a man in a dog costume?

I think it may have been episode 17 - Buck Can Do It

but...maybe I just dreamt it.

The guy's name was Derek McGraph, or something like that. He played Andy Andy the psycho killer on Cheers.

Don't know if it was the same episode, but what about the episode where adog gets pregnant and they say it is Buck that got it pregnant and the only way they let Al off the hook was if he got Buck fixed.
