OOH You Dirty Rat scene from a Movie

Does anyone know the name of the 1970's Movie that Rerun took a Phrase from? It went like this, "Stella, OOH you Dirty Rat" I always heArd that but never knew the name of the movie in the 70's it came from. I have heard it on Sanford and Son too.

It's actually from a Streetcar named Desire starring Marlon Brando.

The thing that made it funny, is Rerun confused the two movies. Stella was from Streetcar and I think dirty rat came from Angels with dirty faces. Both films were either in the 40's or 50's.

Oh Ok. I always thought that it was from a 70's movie because it was on more than one 70's sitcom. Just like how Superfly was mentioned on Jeffersons and Sanford and Son.

I believe Angels with Dirty Fcaes was the late 30's wasn't it? Streetcar is from the 50's.
