TV Land December 2006 Highlights; New Ratings Feature

We gave you a preview of TV Land's holiday season before but now the official TV Land December line-up has been announced. There will be no changes to the regular schedule. So, that means the That Girl weekend marathon on Dec. 9-10 is just that. They are doing it for the season 2 DVD and promotion for the show coming to TVLand.com in December. The classic special Free To Be You and Me will also be airing that weekend. Friday night movies will come to an end (for now?) on December 8 with Great Balls of Fire. December 1 will see Stir Crazy. And for three Fridays in December, TV Land will showcase Yule Love Fridays from 8-10pm featuring Christmas episodes from your favorite shows! Deck the halls with TV Land this holiday season with episodes of The Jeffersons, Good Times, All in the Family, Three's Company, Little House, and Andy Griffith. And the 7th Annual Merry-thon will air twice. Both times with different episodes! It will air for 24 hours from 10pm Dec. 2 to 10pm Dec. 3 then 6pm Dec. 24 to 6pm Dec. 25. The marathon will feature classic Christmas episodes of 227, Benson, What's Happening!!, Three's Company, Highway to Heaven, Good Times, Jeffersons, and almost the entire TV Land library. Finally, TV Land will countdown the 100 greatest TV catchphrases the week of December 11 at 10pm. And if you miss that they will reair it on New Year's Even from 7pm-12am. All will be final numbers, so I will post them two days or so later. Like I just posted Monday's numbers today (Wednesday). Click here to see the final numbers for Monday, October 16. You will see each program's household rating, total viewers, A18-49 rating and A25-54 rating. I will not link these full ratings post on the blog every day, so you will just have to visit our message boards. It will be posted in the General Sitcoms board. So, if you have not registered, register today! It is one of the top message boards out there on the internet. And we will continue of course with our ratings report and analysis on the blog every Sunday. So see you then and every other day!
